COPYRIGHT COMPLAINTS

Protek Developments and its affiliates respect the intellectual property of others and take it very seriously. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, email us with your complaint.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Protek Developments offer a 30 day FREE trial for all software sold on this system. We strongly advise all customers to make use of this trial period to evaluate that the software meets all the customers requirements BEFORE purchasing it. We suggest you to make your decision carefully as we do not offer refunds.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed we have the right to charge you a restocking fee if processing has begun. The restocking fee is charged at a rate of 30%AUD per item cancelled. This fee is waived if there is stock availability problems in which we will advise you of immediately. Costs of shipping to are not refunded.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Protek Developments are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If you wish for shipping insurance for your goods you must notify Protek Developments when placing an order.

PROOF OF IDENTITY

Protek Developments may ask for further identification. Because of the anonymity nature of the Internet we may ask for further identification to verify your order. The following documents may be requested to process your order
 

A copy of both sides of your Credit Card (black out middle eight digits of your card number)

A copy of both sides of your current valid drivers license/Passport

A copy of your latest Credit Card Statement

Your documents will not be used for any other purpose other than to verify your identity. Once verified, your documents may be removed & destroyed.
 
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Protek Developments and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Protek Developments does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Protek Developments itself is not as described, your sole responsibility & remedy is to return it in an unused and when possible unpackaged condition with 7 days of receiving.
