Pricing
 

All prices shown on the Protek Developments Web site are in Australian Dollars (AUD), are subject to change without notice and include the Goods & Services Tax (GST). We are an Australian Tax Registered Business (ABN 97 071 067 144) and we provide a tax invoice with all goods sold. The shopping cart and checkout process will display the amount of GST customers are charged and the total (inc GST) price.
 

All our prices are inclusive of GST which currently is at a rate of 10%. To find the amount of GST you are paying simply divide the total amount by 11.

You will receive a tax invoice from us with your delivery. Your tax invoice will also show the ex- & inc- GST total. If you are a business or company and wish to claim input-tax credits and your order exceeds $1000 AUD then you must provide us with your business or company name and ABN or ACN.
 

Prices change from time to time; we do endeavour to be as accurate as possible and we will contact you if a price has changed significantly from our published price when you place your order. Please note that due to the nature of the computer industry, prices on many components are always falling over time, and we can not credit or refund the difference for any price drop after we have shipped your order.

Please include your name, email address and order number on the back of the cheque. This form of payment will take the longest to process, in most cases up to two working days after receiving the payment.

Direct Deposit

Please include your name and order number as a reference if making an electronic or net banking transfer. Please note that some electronic transfers can take up to two working days to process which may delay your order.

Physically visiting your nearest National Australia Bank branch and depositing the funds into our account is the quickest method of payment as funds clear immediately. Keep this in mind if you require prompt delivery.

Credit Card

We gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD and BANKCARD as credit card payments. We will advise our customers as we expand our credit options. Credit card payments are not charged upon checkout. We process all credit card payments offline to ensure correct charges are made, including adjustments for shipping.

We may in some cases request verification of identity when credit cards are used as a payment method. This may include a copy of both sides of your credit card (middle eight digits removed) and a copy of both sides of your current drivers licence or passport. We may also verify the order by phone.

We do not include a surcharge on credit card purchases with Protek Developments.
 

Shipping
 

Protek Developments sends packages via accredited and nationally recognised carriers Australia Post (Australian Air Express) & Couriers Please. All these methods are secure and require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure there is someone available to collect your order and sign for it. If there is no one there at the time a calling card will be left and you may be required to pick your order up from the nominated location or arrange a new time for delivery. Please also note the shipping carrier may charge extra for this service. We do not COD goods. We do not deliver to PO BOX numbers.
 

At this present time we only accept international orders if your payment is made via Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit. If you are an international customer please email us and wait to be contacted with an exact charge for shipping and total order cost. International customers are accountable for any import taxes they may be required to pay upon receiving goods.

Shipping is calculated upon checkout and you are provided with a number of options to choose from that best suite you. We do not charge a standard shipping rate for orders as we believe profiteering from shipping is wrong.
 

Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be delivered. Customers outside the metropolitan areas please note that it may take another 2-3 days for your delivery to arrive.

Refunds and Returns
 

Protek Developments offer a 30 day FREE trial for all software sold on this system. We strongly advise all customers to make use of this trial period to evaluate that the software meets all the customers requirements BEFORE purchasing it. We suggest you to make your decision carefully as we do not offer refunds.

Cancellation of Orders
 

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been placed we have the right to charge you a restocking fee if processing has begun. The restocking fee is charged at a rate of 30%AUD per item cancelled. This fee is waived if there is stock availability problems in which we will advise you of immediately. Costs of shipping to are not refunded.
